Bahrain's National Bureau for Revenue extends partnership with Invenio through five-year AMS agreement
Long-term agreement will support the reliability, security and continuous evolution of Bahrain’s Integrated Tax Systems.
MANAMA, BAHRAIN, October 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Invenio, a global SAP consultancy and trusted SAP Partner, has been awarded a five-year Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) contract by Bahrain’s National Bureau for Revenue (NBR), further strengthening a strategic partnership that began in 2018.
Under the agreement, Invenio will provide ongoing application maintenance, technical support and enhancement services for NBR's Bahrain Integrated Tax Systems (BITS), which support the administration of VAT, Excise and Domestic Minimum Top-up Tax (DMTT).
As Bahrain continues to advance its digital tax administration capabilities, maintaining the availability, security and performance of these critical systems remains essential. Through this five-year agreement, Invenio will support the ongoing performance and evolution of NBR's critical tax systems, helping the organisation respond to changing business and regulatory requirements.
The agreement builds on years of collaboration between NBR and Invenio, demonstrating the value of long-term partnerships in supporting government digital transformation.
Matt Riches, CEO at Invenio, commented:
"Our partnership with Bahrain’s National Bureau for Revenue has grown significantly since 2018, and this five-year agreement reflects the trust built through years of collaboration. Supporting critical national tax systems requires more than technical expertise. It demands a deep understanding of tax administration, operational continuity and the ability to adapt as regulatory requirements evolve. We look forward to continuing our partnership with NBR and supporting the long-term reliability and evolution of Bahrain's digital tax infrastructure."
The agreement reinforces Invenio's experience in delivering and supporting complex SAP-based administration solutions for government organisations. By combining specialised TRM expertise with structured application management services, Invenio will continue to support NBR in maintaining reliable digital services while accommodating future enhancements and regulatory changes.
With an established presence across the Middle East and a strong track record in public sector digital transformation, Invenio remains committed to helping government organisations modernise, manage and optimise their mission-critical technology environments.
